This 180-gram vinyl edition includes a bonus alternate take of "I'll Wait and Pray." The album features performances with members of the Miles Davis rhythm section and marks the recording debut of pianist McCoy Tyner and drummer Elvin Jones with Coltrane on "Village Blues."
