    This release compiles all of her greatest hits from her classic period, where her incredible vocals and exceptional jazz piano skills can be heard in a trio setting with bassist Jimmy Bond and drummer Albert “Tootie” Heath (featuring the best of her studio recordings with the trio from Little Girl Blue, as well as the live performance at New York’s Town Hall on September 12, 1959). In addition, we have included the finest recordings from Nina’s 1959 studio date accompanied by Bob Mersey’s orchestra, which was issued on the album "The Amazing Nina Simone".
