Presented on this set are the complete Nino Rota soundtracks to the classic 1960 movies Rocco e i suoi fratelli (Rocco and His Brothers), directed by Luchino Visconti, and Plein Soleil (Purple Noon), directed by René Clément.Set in Milan, Rocco tells the story of an immigrant family from the South and its disintegration in the society of the industrial North.
