The Les Brown orchestra was famous for travelling wherever there was a dancehall. It was usually received with the phrase: "Les Brown's in town!" This release contains the two complete albums bearing that phrase as its title (although not a single song or arrangement is duplicated) for the first time ever on CD. The first Les Brown's in Town! was recorded in 1956, while the second was taped in 1964.
