The splendid 1960 Bobby Hackett (1915-1976) album Dream Awhile (Columbia CS-8402), appearing here for the first time ever on CD, with arrangements by Glenn Osser. Osser is also the arranger of the bonus album, The Most beautiful Horn in the World (Columbia CS-8529), recorded the following year, which is also presented here in its entirety. Both albums feature the great Dave McKenna at the piano.
