Originally released in 1980, Seventeen Seconds is The Cure’s second studio album and a defining early entry in the band’s post-punk catalog. Produced by Robert Smith and Mike Hedges, the record introduced a colder, more atmospheric style built around spare guitar, prominent bass, restrained keyboards, and tightly controlled rhythms.

This Music On Vinyl pressing presents the album on 180-gram black vinyl. Its ten-track program includes “A Forest,” the band’s first UK Top 40 single, alongside “Play for Today,” “In Your House,” “At Night,” and the title track.
